Thames Water World
Design of a digital tool offering a brand-new approach for Thames Water to customer research, informing its long-term business planning and ensuring future investment can meet customer’s service expectations.
The tool sought to increase understanding of the trade-offs in running a water utility, and provide more informed feedback about people’s priorities.
Customer responses were visualised as a unique, sharable ‘Water World’ helping to explore the future impact of their decisions.
